Help finding a horror movie title

The movie starts out with a couple returning home to a box with a letter attached to it when the guy opens the box he screams and is captured inside the box. Throughout the whole movie the main character is a guy who from head to toe is dressed in all leather including his face. The house that captures the victims is a booby trapped house the guy is in the basement the whole time so they basically the booby traps are to capture the victims also the guy that from the beginning that was captured with in the box is also to help him capture the victims by making any type of noise or jingle or anything like that to capture the victims please help me find the name of this movie thank you
