Help finding horror movie based on rowboat scene.

The scene I remember features a young woman and man (sister and brother?) in a rowboat on a lake, the man is chained to an anchor. The woman is entranced or mesmerized in some way, thinking that she's "helping" the man by pushing the weights overboard. The man is screaming as she does, but then the movie goes eerily silent as the weights pull him underwater and he drowns. I don't remember anything else about the movie but that scene always stood out. It likely came out sometime in the 2010's.
