help finding the title of a movie

2 researchers are in some kind of facility, could be antarctica, but it's somewhere cold and snowy. They are doing experiments on chimps or monkeys; sleep and food deprivation etc..., when things start to go wrong. Food disappears, items are misplaced or gone and the researchers slowly start to turn on one another with disastrous results. Old movie- it's black and white. Thanks for the help!
