Help I can’t remember the name of a short film I saw a few months ago

I’m trying to remember the name of a short film and it’s driving me insane. It was around 30 minutes long - pretty sure it was french about a model / actress who had one of those plasters over her nose like she was recovering from a nose job with bruised puffy eyes . In the film she’s living in this modern house with a cat and she keeps ignoring her agents calls who’s obsessed with her getting back to work. She’s also just split up from her boyfriend / husband. I think she finds the cat dead on the doorstep but I might be wrong ? But apparently the director for this film got inspiration from the actual lead actress in this I think she’s meant to be a model or actress who’s become super reclusive. I think in the end she goes out of the house to a red carpet event with her face still all bruised.  This is all I remember. Her agent in the film is a reasonably well known older male French actor. Help !
