Help in finding a movie title

I saw a movie , where a guy was tied up in his apartment , and the widow of the group he was in , said he killed her husband. They tie him up , and torture him , and threaten the girl in apartment below. he keeps denying he killed her husband. The group was like an anti government group. At the end , he blows up the apartment and escapes , and he actually did kill her husband
