Help me find a 70s movie

Looking for a movie name from 70s or 80s for which the theme was crime/mafia. I remember only a sequence where "the bad guys have taken someone to an auto scarp/salvage yard and put him in a car, then use a torch cutting to torture him on his head, and finally, kill him by putting the car in the press machine. Does anyone have an idea the name of this movie?
