Help me find this movie

I remember very vague details about this movie but from what I can recall there are women wearing bras/lingeries and one of them is kept in this wheel-like cylindrical cage in which she can move around. Another scene that I can remember is that there is another woman who is cuffed to a table where there are four cuffs in each corner of the table, two for wrists and two for ankles. Also I think that the house or place where all of this is happening is owned or operated by a rich man. Also bear in mind that is movie may be more than 20 years old
