help me identify a movie

Hello, this is the second time I post on this website hoping I would find an answer. I saw this movie around 20 years ago. It includes well some torture but it is not a horror movie. The scene I remeber and which was really horrofic is a man being tortured on a cross by some evil woman and I think belongs to a certain tribe maybe Indian. Well the scene goes more gruesome when she uses a scissors to cut some flesh from his stomach or belly while he screams for mercy. From a distance, his friend with binocolors and a shotgun shoots him dead to save him from his pain. Then, all the people and that woman run in panic from the sound of the gun. This is what I remember. Thank you

Do you remember if it was a Western movie or one that possibly involved a man captured by cannibals in South America? The reason I ask is that one specific film comes to mind: "White Cannibal Queen" (also known as "Cannibals") which was filmed in 1980 and I have posted a link to it if you think it might help. hello, well actually I am 34 years now and it is very hard to recall since i watched the movie many years ago since i was a kid. I think it involved a man captured by cannibals in South America since i can remember there was a tribe of black people and when a man shooted the one on the cross from a distance, people were so afraid they ran away in panic. thank you

I can't believe it. please if you could check the other movie i asked about since it has been more than 5 years trying to find it and i lost hope since I've posted on many movie forums including whirpool.com and no one was able to help Thank you in advance

@cinefyl I saw this movie around the year 2000-2005. It was featured on Cine 5 (a turkish tv station). I just remember two scenes. It is about a blonde evil sexy women who uses her feet to seduce men. A scene i recall is using her feet to seduce a man in car. Then, another scene, i think taking place in a boat or ship, this same woman shoots a man with her gun, and makes him her footrest. She puts her feet on his bloody chest but it seems that it is a kind of a game because this man doesn't die, and has a conversation with this same woman afterwards. btw, youtube had this scene many years ago but it was actually deleted. Thank you for your help
