Horror film, very weird Gothic house, strangers, rooms change, one is mirrors. Any ideas what the film is please?

It was a really spooky film. I can remember a large gothic fireplace which played some sort of part. I know I'm not being very helpful, but mainly I remember corridors & rooms changing.

Thanks for trying to help, but no, it wasn't Abattoir. It's still bugging me! I remember a group of people entered the house - I think they were strangers, who'd received invitations to attend.
