Horror movie I watched on netflix sometime in the early 2010s

Hey so this is probably going to be a long shot but Ive been looking for this movie for years. It was on netflix sometime in the 2010s but probably has been taken off by now, i think it was 2012 or 2013 when I watched it maybe? Basically it takes place in a hotel, these two guys bring two girls back from a party or something like that, one seems kinda out of it while theyre trying to hook up with them. I think she passes out, and then suddenly starts to attack them. I dont know if she was possessed or a zombie or what, but I remember one scene where the guys are hiding in the bathroom from her. The last thing I remember in it is when one of the guys manage to get out of the room and falls down the stairs, breaking his leg- there was a gross shot of the bone coming out of his leg and it freaked me out so much I stopped watching. If this sounds familiar at all PLEASE let me know, Ive given up on google and other search engines. Its been killing me for years.
