I'm trying to find a horror movie from between 2000 and 2012. It features the following scenes: - A blonde girl and a boy swim in a lake and kiss. A worm enters the boy's foot. - Later, the boy wakes up next to the girl and puts his hand in her underwear. - The boy goes to a roadhouse, meets another girl, and they kiss by a tree at night. A worm comes out of the boy's ear, scaring the girl. The film might be from Europe or the US and isn't very well-known. Any ideas?
