how do u find a tv show title u forgot ?

there s a TV show i dont remember the name . is on a demon who :1  possessed humans  minds and with time it forces you to do anything  and 2 is a  children killer ( tv show is old 3-4 years max )on the 1st ep there is this child killed found on the last ep the demon was in a cave while possessing a human who was sniping on the police that was trying to arrest or kill the devil . is just 1 season I d really like to rewatch thank u?  dont remember actors nothing   thank you for the help ciao a tutti
