I am going crazy trying to find the name of a movie

Unfortunately, I don't remember who plays in the movie or what year it was. The movie is about a woman who was brutally raped by a group of people. She picks them off one by one by tying them to a chair which faces another chair where someone they care about is also tied. The rapist has their finger on a switch that, if flipped, will electrocute the person they care about. The rape victim gives the rapist the choice to either die themselves or flip the switch and kill the person they care about. If they refuse to choose, the rape victim tortures them until they make a decision.
