I Heard a Song in a Movie - Who Made It and/or What’s Its Title?

I'll start with the movie The Paper Tigers. Within the first ten minutes. It's a rap track which sound like the old 808 or 909 synthesizer. The voices sound a little like RUN DMC's, but I never heard that track before, it just sounds similar to them. Who knows the title of this rap-track?
