I need to find the title of a kids animated horror/paranormal movie

The movie started out with a normal teenage girl, however a tree fell on her while she was walking in a storm. She then died and became a ghost and met 2 ghost friends and they went on a quest to bring her back to life. They had to find relics and one of them was a stone lizard that came to life and they had to catch it while it was running away up the side of a tower. There was also a villain; I believe she was queen of the ghosts or something and she didn't want the girl to make it back to the land of the living. It was animated, possibly stop motion. That's all I remember because the last time I watched it was when I was a little kid.
