I would really appreciate your help in identifying the three films

I watched them fragmentarily in the 1990s, as a child, on a commercial channel in my region. I just can’t find them, so my hope is for film buffs. These films vary in genre, but were likely all made in the United States between the 1980s and mid-1990s.

The first film is definitely a horror or mystical thriller. There was a theme of witchcraft, evil forces. The most memorable episode was the following: at night, a girl sleeps in bed, and a bony hand reaches out to her head from behind. Before the girl woke up, the hand disappeared. The girl got up and went outside. In the courtyard she saw several women who stood with their backs to her. They were dressed in some kind of robes (maybe they were nuns). They were doing magic. The girl came closer and began to observe. It's not an erotic film in the truest sense of the word, but it did have this sex scene.

The second film is a thriller with detective elements. The plot is somewhat similar to films «Body Double», «Bedroom Eyes». The main character is a middle-aged man. A young woman (blonde) lives in the next house. This man is secretly watching her life. And this happens regularly. But one day he sees that a woman had an argument with some stranger, after which he grabbed an iron (or other heavy object) and hit her on the head. The neighbor was scared, but gathered his courage and went there to find out the situation. He did not find the body. Instead, he saw a woman alive and unharmed in the house. She told him that she was fine. They became friends. In fact, it was already another woman (possibly a twin sister). However, the neighbor still suspected something was wrong. And towards the end of the film, he discovered the body of his former neighbor in some landfill. He decided to track down that killer. In the final they fight.

And the third film. The genre is drama or thriller with elements of erotica. The main character was a young man. He had big, wavy hair (much like Craig Sheffer in the movie «The Road Killers»). This man periodically recalled past episodes of his life and seemed to be physically transported there again (like the movie The Butterfly Effect). For example, in one episode he is in the bedroom and lies down on the bed. A girl comes out of the bathroom, wrapped in a towel or robe (possibly his girlfriend from the past). She comes to the bed and sits down next to him. After that, she takes off her robe, and his hand caresses her breasts.
