Identifying a film, probably featuring Rosanna Arquette, with a man speaking a long list of 'tits' within his dialogue

I've been trying to remember a film (which I'm fairly sure featured Rosanna Arquette) in which a male character speaks a line which is essentially a list of adjectives before the word 'tits' - e.g., "big tits, small tits, firm tits, round tits . . ." etc. It must be twenty years or more since I saw it, but it stuck in my mind because it was so surreal. I've read through the Rosanna Arquette filmography, but don't recognise anything useful. Can anybody help?
