Identifying an actor portraying a character

I'm a fan of Mayday: Air Disasters and I have been struggling to find the name of the actor in one of my favorite episodes.  He portrays First Officer Matt Hicks of Qantas Airlines flight 32 in the episode "Courage in the Cockpit".  The episode information given on the YouTube video doesn't correspond with the IMDb episodes for the series.  I've searched through the seasons and episodes and can't find this episode listed anywhere.  It sound like a rather innocuous thing, but it's driving me nuts.  If anyone can give me some guidance, I would be very grateful.
