I’m looking for possibly a lifetime movie that was in the 90s or 00s

It’s bout a young woman that moves to a new town and is sorta stalked by a young woman ghost. She ends up getting together when the young woman’s ghost boyfriend lol. At the end you find out that she drowned in the bath tub and the father burys her in a flower bed of flowers…I’ve been trying to remember the name of this movie for many years lol.
