"I'm sorry ?" Blackadder ?

Please can anyone in the Community help me to identify a gesture which has stuck in my head. The actor looks sideways with a puzzled expression, pauses, then says, "I'm sorry ?" as if they can't believe what has just been said. I have a vague idea that it may be Blackadder. Should be a GIF. Thanks.
