International tv show help.

Can't remember if it's a kdrama or a c drama but a girl and guy are in college and they start to like eachother so they have to date in secret but he asked her out on her birthday (or valentines I don't remember) and he does it with a flower and a very dorky way outside the college school. Please help I've been trying to find it for so long.
