Issue Submitting Film and Award Credit – Case Number 260316-131743-180200

Dear IMDb Support Team,

I am writing regarding an issue I encountered while trying to submit my film and the related award credit to the IMDb database.

I recently won a festival that is qualifying for IMDb listing, and I was provided with a submission link to register my film along with the credit for the award. However, when I attempt to complete the submission, the system reports that both my name and the title of the film do not exist in the database.

Because of this error, I am currently unable to proceed with the registration of the film and its award credit.
