Kidnapped Cop.

Hello. I'm looking for a movie where the main character looks like "Channing Tatum?" He needs to deliver a car to somebody,but finds a kidnapped female cop in the trunk. She wants to expose the corrupt cops.They kidnapped her,& tried to kill her. The guy now must help her get to the "FBI?" so she can expose the dirty cops.While both cops,& gangsters try to kill them. Does anyone know the name of this movie?
