Kung fu movie

I saw a movie as a kid, i couldnt grab the name because i only saw bits of it. I remember a scene of a boy who was in the snow, looked like he grew up there or something and wore white robe. Then learns to move really fast like wind. Then another scene theres a fight going on i think on horses and carriages, cant remember and someone who looked like a witch, grabs a bunch of barrels and weapons with telekinesis and hurls them at the guy and hes dodging and moving through them in the air towards the caster. Its an asian martial arts movie from what it looked like. The guy fighting like rugged and jaggered like a hobo but was really strong.
