Little Girl and her Mommy end a movie in a boat while the girl is at the back getting tow or something. Then Falls off

Sorry in advance few English words are little bit brain stomper.  But i remember watching this Movie not long ago

I remember this scene a little girl is with her Mommy i remember this specially cause it looked kind of funny (ish). But she Rides the boat and the girl is at the back either escaping or she saves her. but she tows her and she falls off too. and still is getting towed. before he is saved or is on the boat.
