Looking for a black and white spanish film about a woman who works at a cake shop pretending to be married and pregannt

Movie starts with a young woman entering a cake shop/bakery with a letter for the boss that says for him to basically give her a job there, possibly from one of her relativce swho died recently. Main actress plans to marry a man , but he doesn't show up at the wedding.She wears a wedding dress to the church, only to realize the attendees are there for another wedding, leading her to run through the town in distress--a bunch of neighborhood kids follow her and laugh. To save face, she pretends they are married and even fakes a pregnancy throughout the movie. Her coworkers express interest in meeting her baby and husband, prompting her to concoct various excuses, such as the baby living with grandparents. Her boss develops romantic feelings for her and takes her shopping during Christmas time. These are all the scenes from the movie i can remember, but the actual actress died pretty young around 30 years old i believe.
