looking for a film title

I saw this movie several years ago. It takes place in Israel. An American Jew wants to go through a checkpoint, but the guard will not let him. He says something like, "But I'm American Jew!" or maybe he just says "But I'm a Jew!" and the guard says, "There are no Jews in Israel, only Israelis". I search for Israelis film, films set in Israel, movies about israel ranked by release date, and the movie quotes database. Nada, zilch, zip.
