Looking for a movie based on one scene I remember

Hello! I’ve been searching for this film for a long time. There’s only one scene from the movie I can remember (it scarred my pretty badly). Basically, there’s this guy (who I think is the protagonist) and he’s tied up to a chair. The bad guy is explaining to him how in the mummification process, they would pull the brain out through the nose, so he takes a tool and basically starts to kill the tied up guy using this method. I think they’re interrupted by one of the tied-up guy’s friends. The tied up guy is saved but his nose is bleeding. I remember this so vividly but have never had any luck finding the film. Please let me know if this rings any bells for anyone!
