Looking for a movie's title.

Somewhere in the 90's to 2020 range. Foreign film, I think French, Belgian, or Swiss. A man who works for search and rescue has to go after his daughter after they go up a mountain on a cable car to have a wedding even though they were warned it wasn't safe. Disaster strikes and takes apart the cable platform and the system. A blizzard hits while they are climbing down. The bride and groom are either wealthy or famous. I watched this movie a few years ago on the on demand function of our TV provider,  have moved since then and had to switch providers so I can't find the film. And I can't remember the title to look for it.
