Looking for a movie/tv movie

So I saw this movie back in the early 2000s. An ex con is in a bus and there is an accident or they are forced off the road and everyone on the bus walks through the woods (near a mountain) being chased. And I recall that there was a blind woman in the movie if that helps. any help you all can give me would be appreciated.
