Looking for early-mid 90s sitcom (Camcorder: I hate you!!!!!!!!)

I’m looking for this tv show that I saw back in I think February 1994 but at that point it was on a re-run. I’m thinking it might have first aired like in November 1992.

Basically it was about this eccentric family. The girl and mom in the show were very easily annoyed by I’m guessing the lazy obnoxious dad. 

the episode I remember seeing is where the dad had either rented or bought a camcorder but was recording everything and everyone with it. At one point he had recorded an embarrassing disaster and the girl very annoyed and angry just shouted, “I hate you!!!!”

later the dad played it back non-stop enjoying it. The mom just shook her head going, “you are never going to get tired of that are you???” The dad said something like, “you should see it in slow motion. It’s like…..I……..hate…………..yooouuuuuuuuu”
