Looking for the name of a film that could have loosely inspired "Saltburn"

I'm looking for the name of a film (I think from the sixties) that I watched a year or so ago, that I feel could have loosely inspired "Saltburn". Here's what a remember: A woman owns a large house, but is very low on cash and fears that she's going to lose the house. I think the house is near the alps. She has a manservant who meets a drifter at a local beer garden. The drifter worms his way into the family, eventually getting the manservant fired and taking over the position. He seduces the woman's son and daughter. Ultimately the daughter finds out about the drifter and her brother, then blackmails the drifter into marrying her.
