Looking for the title of a World War 2 movie

A scene in the movie goes as follows.

A doctor is ordered by German soldiers to come with them. They bring him to a place where a wounded officer is lying on a table. A male nurse is already there and tells the doctor to kill the officer. The soldiers who hear this, ask what the nurse said, but the doctor acts like he didn't hear anything. After the officer is treated by the doctor, the nurse spits him in the face, after which the nurse is executed by the soldiers.
