Looking For the Title of Alien Attack Movie

I am looking for the title of a movie which in one scene of that aliens (Similar to Aliens in Quite Place) attack scared crowd of people while they were running in street (block) at night while some people (Camera, as well) are observing them from High-rise balcony. If I recall it correctly the movie was similar to Cloverfield but I am not too sure!
