Looking to identify lost cable television movie?

Looking for a television movie that is broadcasted in 2012-2013 in the afternoon on an unknown network and channel that had a woman in a red dress vanishing in a pitch black room and a lockpicking scene with a man using lockpicks next to a woman panicking and end credits scene with people conversing The scenes are from the same movie and is in English and is an American show. The month and year was around August possibly in the later part of the month. The television movie could have been possibly banned or censored for unknown reasons. It was originally on cable television and tracking it on the internet is possible but has not been found yet. Other sources are possible but it could just be a television based show. Any help would be appreciated in pinpointing the title and other leads would be helpful.
