Mission Killfast 1991

For relatively low budget not a bad movie. Good acting. During this bikini-clad females movie there is an actress at 41 - 42  minutes, and the same actress found dead on the beach at 54 minutes.  However actress identity is not know to me, despite looking.  Anyone aid with this please ? Many thanks
