Mobsters vs Gypsies

There was a movie I’d watched almost 10 years ago - it’s probably older (maybe the 90s or 2000s).  It was about a war between mobsters and Gypsies. It was almost comedic about how both stereotypically went after the other. The gypsies cursed the mobsters, and the mobsters shot up the gypsy wagons. I can’t find the name anywhere. Anyone know this movie?
