Movie about abducted women

My friend is looking for a movie she saw around 2010. Her memories are a bit blurry, but here's what she remembers: a serial abductor who kept his victims in an abandoned building in the middle of the woods the victims are kept in cages or cells with bathtubs one of the women escaped and was later chased by the abductor someone's face was cut off with a knife/scalpel the escaped woman reading articles about her own disappearance in a library (she was presumed dead at that point) Unfortunately, that's all I know, but maybe it rings a bell!
