Movie about Ferris wheel aging people

I'm looking for a movie about a Ferris wheel that ages people. I think one way makes them younger and the other makes them older. A man that has caused lots of trouble with people gets on the Ferris wheel to get younger I think but two kids that were victims of him make it spin and age him until he dies. I think it's something like something wicked this way comes but I can't remember.

Are you sure it is not the 1980's adaptation of Something Wicked This Way Comes? It is technically a carousel in that film, but the rest of what you describe is pretty much the same.

Looks like it's an episode of Ray Bradbury Theater: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0683206/?ref_=ext_shr_lnk RB also wrote "Something wicked this way comes" - so the similarity is probably no coincidence.
