It may me one of the Fast and furious movies. The scene is a flipped car and the guys are about to be shot and their friend recue them in a van and hit the one that is about to shoot I believe is a girl in a motorcycle

I believe is from the fast and Furious series and the good guys are seatbelt strapped in an SUV hanging from the vans ceiling and a girl in a motto is ready to shoot them but a mini van with the African American guy comes to their rescue
