The movie starts with an alcoholic bachelor's party and some the best man (who is gay) and the groom to be start talkng abot gay men and the best man reveals he is gay. Fairly quickly they have sex. After the wedding the groom and the best man meet once a year--on the wedding anniversary date--and have sex. Emotional matters happen.
