Hi all. I am looking for a movie from the 70s or 80s. In one scene there is a woman hanging by her hands who is hit by jets of water and then is lying on a table while two woman's lips appear on a television.Thank you.

This might be from the movie Videodrome. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0086541/ There is definitely a scene where a woman's lips appear on a television screen. Also, there are clips of people being tortured that do appear on the TV screen as well. This is just a guess though.
