Movie title

I was flipping thru tv channels and came across a movie with family sharing outside meal where someone is playing the accordion, while family shares cake for dessert. Camera pans down to a young child eating the cake while older kids run off to play. I recall seeing to kids lock a door in a basement like their playing hide and seek i migh have this scene wrong
