Movie where a man stalks a bonde woman that is wearing a red lipistick and red mini dress

So the scene that I watched from this movie was on TikTok and they did not give the name so I will describe this scene as a possible.

Ok, so this woman with red lipstick and a red mini dress was talking with her friend about some Clive and she sees a stalker in her backyard and an Unknown phone number calls, she the says bye to her friend and answers, the man says "Hello Lizzy. I finally found you.".

Then she grabs a dough roller and hides in the kitchen, she then proceeds to call 911 and they send her a patrol car but her phone dies, so she goes upstairs to get a portable charger and charges her phone.

She hears her doorbell and goes see who is outside, she sees a "police officer" and opens the door, he comes in and then 911 calls her telling that a patrol car is arriving, so she finds out that the "police officer" is actually the stalker and it just ends like that the video.
