Name of a horror movie (not really that scary) where a monster is disguised as a handsome blonde guy and says "SURPRISE!" before killing?

A monster disguised as a handsome blonde guy was with a girl somewhere outdoors at night.  The girl says "I have a surprise for you" and tells him to keep his eyes closed until she says so, she ends up showing him her breasts. The "guy" then says "ok, it's my turn" and tells her to close her eyes, but when she opens them, he reveals his true identify of being some kind of alien monster and also says "SURPRISE!" before killing her, lol.
