Name of a movie about expatriates in Hong Kong, 1970s or early 1980s?

In the mid-1980s, I saw a movie set among expatriates in Hong Kong, in the 1970s or early 1980s. The basic plot -- as I remember it -- was this:

A young, innocent, British woman goes to Hong Kong to visit some of her friends. They run in circle of wealthy expatriates. They socialize at private clubs and have parties. At some point, the expatriate friends set up their guest on date with an older, dashing man. It's not a good date, but he basically forces her to have sex with him, leaning against his car. (A convertible sports car, incidentally.)  Later in the movie, the guest meets a poor, young man her own age (also an expatriate). Even though he isn't part of the "in" set, and they date and fall in love. Happy Ending.

I remember that he had a broken arm or some injury, so that his arm was always in a sling. And he lived in a cabin down by the beach.

What was this movie called?

I found it. It was called "Felicity" (1979).
