Name of a movie??

There was a black and white movie or maybe an hour long Twilight Zone/Outer Limits kind of show where a young black man returns to his home town dressed in a nice suit and tries to warn every one about a coming apocalypse.  The FBI investigates him and is baffled because he has a passport stamped with countries that are currently banned for travel for US citizens.  He finally tells an elderly woman to look for him when the wind blows or something close to that.  The last scene is the older woman looking at the wind blowing in the tops of the trees.
