Name of movie
The movie starts with a car hitting a couple on a motorcycle, after a party (jumpscare)
Then its a thriller finding a killer.
I think its a nordic movie.
I saw it on youtube posted by the director with eng subs, i think.

Not sure if this helps but I found a website where you can enter a short synopsis and it comes back with a list of movies. It would probably be helpful if you remembered the date you saw the film or possibly some of the actors--but who knows, maybe it will work for you.
Forget the name of a movie? Just describe it and this scary-accurate site will find it (bgr.com)
