Name of the Movie?

Back in my childhood, I remember a movie on TV. The only particular thing or scene in it I remember now is that a train crosses a tunnel and a passenger sees someone standing at the side of the track across the tunnel. He seems mysterious or creepy in the misty environment. His face is not visible due to perhaps being covered in the hood. I think he shows to only one passenger at a time whenever the train crosses that particular place. I remember that one passenger tries to look back in curiosity at his face by pulling out his neck from the window. The hoody is also shown to slowly removing the hood or hand from his face and when the passenger sees a glimpse of him to be an old white-bearded man then the train meets an accident. 
This much all I remember. What was the movie or video about, which actors were doing the characters, I know nothing of it. Would someone please tell me the name of this movie or video?
