Name This Show/Movie: Cops Bust A Couple In A Room

I’m looking for a show I saw a clip of a while back. I don’t have the link, and I’m not so clear on the details, so I’m gonna recall it as best I can.

The scene involved two people in uniform (one male, one female) entering a room. Inside was a couple who were implied to be in the middle of sex. The police were asking them questions, and at some point, the female cop noticed a wound on the male suspect (who is implied to be naked). She asks him about it, and he replies with, “You should see the other guy.” She replies with something like, “Why, does he have a micropenis too…?”

Then they noticed drugs and asked whose they were. The female suspect said it was hers, with implications she was lying for the male suspect.

Another detail I can provide is that they were speaking English but with a non North American accent, so perhaps from Australia, the UK, New Zealand, or something like that.

I’ve tried to Google it, but I’ve had no luck. I saw the clip a while back when I was in college between 2011–2017.

I do strongly believe it was from a show produced in the UK, but I’m not completely certain.

To clarify: the show wasn’t a live-action show like C.O.P.S. or Body Cam. My guess is that it was a police procedural or a show that involved crime and law enforcement. Also, I believe the female officer who made the comment was blonde with her hair tied back.
